A dinner cruise in Amsterdam is a culinary exploration along our city’s most exclusive waterfront restaurants. Dinner cruise Amsterdam is a unique experience. While you and your guests are enjoying a drink, the floating restaurant heads along a scenic route through our Amsterdam canals to one of our restaurants. Sailing and dining can easily be done together.
Our restaurants compose their menu according to the season and the availability of fresh products. Therefore the following menu’s are an example of what we have to offer. We will always send you our most recent menu on request.

You and your party will board the boat around 19.00 hours at a location of your choice somewhere in the centre of Amsterdam. Another start time is of course also possible. We can dock at many different locations. We welcome you with a drink of your choice or, if desired a nice glass of sparkling wine. The captain gives the signal for departure and the beginning of a delightful evening cruise over our lovely canals and a 3 or 4 course dinner cruise. The route of our whisper silent salon boat will lead us past many attractions and of course the kitchen of our high end waterfront restaurants
While your senses are tickled with a taste of our savory dishes, a cold beer or a nice glass of wine our captain steers the salon boat past the most well known canals and sites of interest. If everybody is enjoying his or her drink we will collect the first course. Fresh from the cooking pan of our Chef, served to your table by our experienced hostesses. If al is onboard the ropes will be released again. As our guests enjoy their starter the classic canal boat will sail comfortably to the next restaurant. During the cruise you will probably see the amazing ” seven bridges ” of our romantic Reguliersgracht.
Or you have just past the ” Skinny bridge ” wooden drawbridge. Well known Amsterdam high-lights glide past your window. Our music theatre with the national opera and ballet and our city hall, called Stopera. Royal theater Carré at the historic Amstel locks, the Amstel Hotel, the Hermitage Amsterdam, or the Gentleman’s canal with it’s “Golden bend” reflecting Amsterdams golden age. And much more.
Around 20.30 hours the main course is served. If so desired we can offer an accompanying wine arrangement. This is often the most memorable moment of the dinner cruise. The sun sets and sends her last golden rays over the historic canal houses. The characteristic street lanterns and the soft evening light, the illuminated bridges and candles on the table give your cruise that extra dimension. Sipping a freshly brewed coffee or tea we sail peacefully to our final destination.
